1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from MIXWEL MEV (M) SDN. BHD. ("MIXWEL", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include SST where applicable.
Product images are for illustration; actual colours and specifications may vary slightly by batch.
Orders are confirmed once payment is received (online payment) or once we verify your bank transfer / confirm cash-on-delivery arrangements.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order affected by a pricing or stock error.

2. Delivery

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days within Peninsular Malaysia; East Malaysia may take longer.
Delivery fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Please inspect your order on arrival and report any transit damage within 48 hours with photos.

3. Returns & Exchange

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of receipt for exchange or store credit.
Electric vehicles that have been registered, ridden, or modified are not eligible for return except under warranty.
Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the item is faulty or wrongly delivered.

4. Warranty Policy

Electric bikes and scooters carry a manufacturer's warranty covering the motor, controller, and frame against manufacturing defects. Warranty periods vary by brand and model — please refer to your purchase invoice or contact us with your order number.
Batteries and chargers are covered against manufacturing defects for the period stated at purchase.
The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear parts (tyres, tubes, brake pads), water damage, accident damage, misuse, overloading, or unauthorised modification/repair.

5. Privacy Policy

We collect only the personal data needed to process your order and provide after-sales support, in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

Data we collect: your name, contact number, email, and delivery address, plus your order history.
How we use it: order fulfilment, delivery, warranty service, and (only if you opt in) updates about products and promotions.
We do not sell your personal data. It is shared only with delivery and payment providers as required to complete your order.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting mixwelmev@gmail.com.
